A corporate event with a programme of talks and debates during the day, with cultural and leisure activities in the evening. As for the congress side, we provided a turnkey service, coordinating everything to do with setting the scene, presenting the live action and producing all the audiovisual side of the event in all phases (pre-production, production and post-production):

    • production design
    • finding reliable and efficient local suppliers
    • step outline and script
    • review of each speaker’s presentations (ppt)
    • Live connections with specialists (remote assistance glasses demo)
    • gamification assistance (giant themed Trivial Poultry and Kahoot)
    • simultaneous translation into four languages
    • management solutions for the audience’s interactive activity (Q&A)
    • recording of interviews
    • extensive video and photography coverage of the best moments
    • fragmentation of video content into numerous bite-sizes designed for the social networks

We also took charge of comprehensive video and photo coverage of the incentive trip, handling all the prior details:

  • planning of filming units
  • managing filming permits for museums and heritage sites
Goal

A very dynamic event with a high level of participation was achieved, with a perfect mix of education and entertainment—or “edutainment”. Not only that, we also managed to match the planned timing and all mishaps were avoided. And on top of the congratulations from the client’s different departments, we are now left with the satisfaction of knowing that we are continuing to bolster and improve something that we already achieved in the first event in 2017 in Marrakesh: camouflaging ourselves as just another attendee, making our clients comfortable—and our client’s clients.
